Heat Resistant Tape

Heat Resistant Tape​ is a specialized pressure-sensitive tape engineered to maintain its structural integrity, adhesive bond, and functional properties under continuous or intermittent exposure to elevated temperatures — typically ranging from +120°C to +300°C, with select grades surviving short bursts up to +500°C. fiberglass cloth, aluminum foil, or silicone-impregnated fabrics, coated with silicone or acrylic adhesives formulated to resist thermal degradation.

Used extensively in electronics manufacturing, automotive assembly, powder coating, aerospace, and industrial processes, heat resistant tape provides masking, insulation, sealing, and protection where ordinary tapes would melt, char, or fail.

  • Non-Stick Surface (PTFE):​ Release-coated surface prevents adhesion of solder, glue, resin, and molten materials.
  • Conformable:​ Fiberglass cloth and silicone-impregnated fabrics conform to irregular surfaces, curves, and edges.
